We founded in 2017,equipped with advanced production equipment such as imported CNC from Taiwan, 5 sets of vacuum forming machines, 2 sets of high-speed vacuum forming machines, and 5 sets of CNC machines. Meanwhile we has six first-class plate production lines, specializing in the production of ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, dual color boards, ABS/PMMA, PC/ABS composite plastic sheet and other plastic sheets. The product thickness range is 0.8mm~10mm, and the maximum size is 2200mm. The product surface included matte, high gloss, and extinction levels, or embossed leather lines, wrinkles, dot patterns, diamond patterns as well as other any custom request patterns. Our vacuum forming products can be widely used in household appliances, automobiles, sanitary ware Advertising, architectural decoration, screen printing, printing and other fields, with an annual production capacity of over 10000 tons plastic sheet and 100000pcs products every month.The max size we can make with length of 4 meters and width of 2 meters.
